Target group: The course is suitable for all ages, both beginners and advanced.
Content: This course is about letting go and coming to rest. Yin Yoga offers the right basis for this, because it is a quiet style of yoga, which is practiced mostly passively in sitting and lying. By staying longer in the individual positions, in addition to the muscles, not only the deeper tissues, such as the fascia, tendons and ligaments are reached, but also the mind comes to rest.
In addition to physical exercises, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques are taught, such as progressive muscle relaxation or Yoga Nidra. The course is the ideal balance to relax after a turbulent day.
You will need: comfortable, warm clothes, socks, gym mat, a blanket as a base, a yoga block or thick book, internet access, a browser, and a speaker. The event will take place online via "Zoom". You will receive an invitation link via email. There are no additional costs for you to use "Zoom".
