An opportunity to practise your English while exploring the topic of Intercultural Communication. One of the most fascinating topics in our world today, ever present, be it that your business world is international or you just enjoy the wonderful opportunities we have today to visit places that were unimaginable 50 years ago. To communicate effectively with people from other countries and cultures an awareness of intercultural “do’s and don’ts” is essential. Regarding English as a global means of communication this includes knowledge and skills how to use the English language appropriately in different cultural contexts.
Using articles and the internet we shall discuss the question of culture and communication. When necessary language structures will be corrected and analysed. All in all, a good way of brushing up your English while improving your communication.
