Target: How Scrum is used in a business context to achieve goals and maximize product value. Scrum is a framework that gets by with few rules and has a clear structure, but it is the correct application of these rules and structures that makes the framework successful. This course teaches the tools of a Scrum Master: facilitating efficient meetings, supporting the team and incorporating methods and tools that make the team grow. After short impulses, the topics are worked out by the participants in a self-organized manner.
